How ordering works
1. Place your order on the website, or message us on WhatsApp at 0331-8865095.
2. Our team confirms the product, price, availability and delivery charges with you by WhatsApp or phone.
3. We dispatch your order and send you the tracking details.
4. You receive it, check it, and pay (if you chose cash on delivery).
Delivery across Pakistan
Where we deliver: all cities, towns and remote areas of Pakistan.
Dispatch: within [1–2 working days] of order confirmation.
Delivery time: Lahore [1–2 days]; major cities [3–5 days]; remote areas [5–7 days].
Tracking: sent to you on WhatsApp after dispatch.
Payment methods: cash on delivery and bank transfer
Cash on delivery (COD): pay when your order arrives.
Bank transfer: we share our account details when your order is confirmed. Send the receipt on WhatsApp and we dispatch once it is verified.

Prices for our products include doorstep delivery across Pakistan.
Insurance for deliveries is available upon request and will incur an additional charge.
Return and refund policy
Check your parcel on delivery. Report a damaged or wrong item on WhatsApp within [24 hours], with photos.
We accept returns within [7 days] for wrong, damaged or faulty items that are unused and in original packaging. Opened disposables and hygiene items cannot be returned.
Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer within [7–10 working days] of us inspecting the item.
